Banana Cake  香蕉蛋糕

Ingredients A :
250g Eggs
150g Caster Sugar 

Ingredients B :
150ml Corn Oil 
230g Cake Flour
1/2tsp Double-Action Baking Powder 

Ingredients C (Mixed together) :
225g-250g Ripen Pisang Berangan (mashed) 
60g Evaporated Milk
1/2tsp Baking Soda

Method :
1. Line and grease two 9” rectangular tin. Preheat oven at 180⁰C.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk at high speed ingredients A until light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add in ingredients B beat at low speed. Lastly add in ingredients C.
4. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool cake well.
