Duck with Preserved Mustard Soup 咸菜鸭汤

Duck with Preserved Mustard Soup 咸菜鸭汤

Ingredients :
3 Duck Drumsticks
250g Preserved Mustard, soaked and cut into pieces
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
5 slices Ginger
1000ml Boiling Water
Salt to taste

Method :
1. Cook duck in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish and rinse.
2. Put all ingredients into a double-boiler, double-boil at high heat for 3 hours. Add in salt if necessary.
